Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Account Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance related to real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Maintain project-wise accounting records
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams
• Maintain proper documentation for real estate transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance
• 3–4 years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate project accounting
• Knowledge of RERA compliance (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
